- ➤ On August 30, 2025, Tuscaloosa police arrested 19-year-old Deangelo Rancher after a shooting on 18th Avenue injured a woman and sparked a violent argument between groups—he is charged with attempted murder, first-degree assault, shooting into an occupied vehicle, and attempted first-degree assault.
