GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, Tuscaloosa officials are considering construction of a new fire station in West Tuscaloosa to improve emergency response in District 2 where railroad tracks have delayed responders — council members and the fire chief say the project will need over $2 million funded through the sale of a city property. - ➤ Former University of Alabama golfer Nick Dunlap (21) posted an 18-over 90 at the Masters on Thursday, making him the first player in a decade to miss breaking 90 and giving him a chance to set a record if he shot 68 on Friday. Alabama Public Radio
