  • Tuscaloosa’s One Place Tinsel Trail was nominated for a national award after Government Plaza was lit up with over 200 trees—decorated by local groups; votes closed on December 1 and visitors can enjoy the holiday display until January 1. SPORTS NEWS

  • Four-star DB Zyan Gibson cleared up reports he would leave Alabama football—he said a miscommunication led to the news and he will sign with the Crimson Tide on Dec. 3. He has been with the program since his commitment in December 2024.  The Tuscaloosa News
  • Alabama football will begin its early signing period on Dec 3 and run through Dec 5 as it looks to add top recruits including five-star running back Ezavier Crowell, five-star linebacker Xavier Griffin, and four-star wide receiver Cederian Morgan—key players in a class that ranks third in national recruiting.
