EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Bama Dining has expanded campus dining this fall by adding two restaurants and a gaming and entertainment area in Lakeside Dining—Social Bites opened Aug 14 and Choolaah will open Sept 3 in the Student Center to offer late-night food and a new spot for arcade games, video games, and a pool table. - ➤ Northport residents will vote on August 26 to elect a new mayor and five city council members, with four mayoral candidates and nine council candidates—one running unopposed for a council seat.
