- ➤ A multi-vehicle crash on Highway 43, just south of Highway 171 in Northport at 12:39 p.m. Wednesday killed Tuscaloosa postal worker Voncelle Renee Gamble, 36—three others were treated for minor injuries as investigators from the Northport Police Department’s Traffic Reconstruction Unit examined the scene.
