  • Yesterday, residents gathered at First African Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa to mark the 61st anniversary of Bloody Tuesday—a key Civil Rights event. Leaders, survivors, and author John Giggie shared remarks and signed books as they honored the historic struggle.  The Tuscaloosa News
  • Saturday, strong straight-line winds knocked down the National Championship Wall at Rama Jama's, a Tuscaloosa restaurant near Bryant-Denny Stadium that has long celebrated college football history.
