Bryant High School ninth grader, won the 2026 Congressional Art Competition for her artwork depicting the historic 16th Street Baptist Church, which will be exhibited for one year in the U.S. Capitol as she and a guardian fly to Washington D.C. for the reception. - ➤ Emma Brandenburg, a junior majoring in creative advertising, will serve as editor-in-chief of The Crimson White on May 1 + she was selected by the Media Planning Board in March and plans to expand investigative coverage and introduce a dating advice column. The Crimson White

Early Head Start Teacher
The Teacher is responsible to the Center Director for implementation, assessment; planning, and directives and guidelines of Head Start Performance Standards, Alabama Standards for Early Learning and Development and Alabama Department of Human Resources standards, and Agency standards. The Teacher is responsible for directing all volunteer activities in the classroom. At minimum, possession of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or comparable credential and have training or equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development
