  • Bessemer-based Milo’s Tea said its sales will reach $1 billion by year-end, and it has built two new factories including one in Spartanburg to support growth. CEO Tricia Wallwork leads plans to add more flavors and a zero-sugar drink later this year.  AL.com
  • At a meeting Friday in Northport, University Beach’s lead developer answered questions about the $350 million resort.   • UnitedHealthcare CEO Stephen Hemsley (from the pilot program) says a Medicare pilot for rural hospitals will soon debut in Alabama to help facilities like Hale County Hospital, and it will cut wait times by about 50% compared to programs in other states.  AL.com
