  • Realtor.com data shows median home prices in Tuscaloosa County increased 1.7% in October, with the median rising to $279,550 from $274,950 in September. Single-family home prices climbed 3.4%, while condo and townhome prices dropped (from $366,000 to $296,200).  The Tuscaloosa News

  • Alabama sophomore linebacker Cayden Jones announced he will return for his third season with the Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa. He played on special teams and defense in previous games and his comeback boosts the team after losing its top three players.  Tuscaloosa Thread
