About this event
Trauma and chronic stress affect every part of life, showing up in classrooms, courtrooms, hospitals and homes. The Southeast Regional Trauma and Stress Summit, hosted by Tuscaloosa-based mental health nonprofit Growing Together, is an impactful inaugural conference designed to help professionals better understand and respond to the effects of trauma and chronic stress.
Grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory and lived experience, this conference moves beyond symptom management to explore the root causes of human struggle and practical approaches to support healing. Connect with professionals across disciplines and leave better equipped to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.
This conference meets a variety of professional development requirements, making it a valuable opportunity for continuing education and professional growth. Scholarships are also available to help reduce the registration fee.
